Please read the following as we have made changes to our hours of operation for both Service and Sales.
Our Service Department will be operating Monday to Saturday 8am – 4pm by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We ask our service customers to use the key drop box located on the west side of our building (left side of service doors if facing building). Please make arrangements to have a friend or family member pick you up after drop off as we will not be able to provide shuttle service or a waiting area until further notice.

As for our Sales Department, we will be operating by APPOINTMENT ONLY from Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm. To book your sales appointment please send the request through to sales@londonkia.com or call 519-433-3126 with a preferred date and time. From there a Product Advisor or Manager will follow-up with you to confirm availability and finalize timing. We will be limiting the number of guests in our showroom to ensure everyone’s health and safety so we ask that you provide a few different timing options.
*Please note that party size will be limited as well and ask that only decision makers accompany so please let us know who will be attending with you. We will send you (via email or text) a screening form that is to be completed the day of, but prior to your appointment. Any attendees must have this same form completed for entry.
We ask that you continue to bring your own face masks as we cannot allow entry without sufficient PPE. All sales related appointments will take place in our main building showroom. Please use the front doors as all other access/entry points will be locked.
Contact tracing measures will be performed daily as well as thorough disinfecting with sanitary wipes and equipment at each work station before and after customer appointments. Additionally, all test drive vehicles will have the same process; disinfected before and after presentation and demonstration.
